Atilekt and Emerson Companies signed the contract on a long-term technological cooperation.
Within cooperation framework Atilekt will execute works in design, development and implementation a joint web-oriented document flow system in all Emerson Company branches on the territory of Russia and countries of the near abroad.
The developed intranet system is to solve the following problems:

to speed up documents preparation and to elevate their quality (to reduce the number of mistakes) by means of reducing the influence of “human factor”;

to reduce the load of human resources on account of automating a series of operations, reducing similar information input (for example, suppliers’ addresses) and reducing hand labor;

to create a convenient document repository with a hierarchic order and the possibility of keyword searching;

to elevate the control of delivery preparation time and its execution;

to create reporting means in the following categories:
- by employees;
- by suppliers;
- by contracts;
- by cost;
- by shipment execution time;
- by transactions;
- by divisions;
- by status;
- by steps;
- by all the process time;
- by the time of every step;
- by execution for a week/month;
In the long run the intranet system will be integrated with FRRU Customer management dbase in Lotus Notes.
